How do I place an order?
Ordering cakes or cupcakes from The Frosted Cake Boutique is a piece of cake (a delicious one too)! Our cakes are baked using the finest natural ingredients and hand crafted to suit your custom made design. Give us a call today!
To place an order, please give us a call or send us an email with a description of what you are looking for including the date of the event, number of servings and style of your cake/cupcakes. We will return your message will within 24 hours.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to confirm and secure your date. Final payment is due on your event date. For wedding cake orders, final payment is due one week prior to your wedding date.

How much notice do you require for cake orders?
In order to avoid disappointment, we require a minimum of 2 weeks notice for all custom cake orders,  
For wedding cakes, we recommend that wedding cake orders be booked a minimum of 3 months in advance. A consultation will be set up when you book your order. This will give us a chance to sit down and go through every detail of your custom made wedding cake.
Orders placed less than 6 days from your event is subject to a RUSH fee of 10%. Please note that not all of these orders will be accommodated.

Are your products peanut free?
No, we are not a peanut free environment. Some of our products may contain peanuts or traces of tree nuts.

Do you do Cake Tastings / Consultations?
Cake tastings are $40.00 and are only for wedding consultations serving 100+ guests. Cost of the cake tastings is deducted from the final price of the wedding cake if you wish to go ahead with our services.
Consultations are 45 minutes in length. The bride can bring one other person to the consultation.
It is important to bring colour swatches, pictures, dress detail, invitations, etc. for inspirations. Anything that you will want to incorporate into the design is important.
Covid Protocol: Cake Tastings are available for pickup as we are currently not holding in-house consultations. Consultations will be done via Zoom

Do you deliver?
Delivery and Set up is available for certain products only. Please refer below to our delivery price guidelines:
Brampton: $75+
Mississauga: $75+
Vaughan: $50+
Richmond Hill: $50+
Markham: $40+
Durham Region: $15+
Longer distance deliveries will be assessed when placing your order, so please contact us for more information and estimates.
*We will only deliver cupcake orders of 100 or more cupcakes
